Business Administrator
Wendy is Dr. Phan’s college sweetheart. They have been married for 30 years and have four beautiful daughters. She graduated from The University of Central Florida with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. She enjoys working in the Phan-Tastic Smiles office because of the wonderful staff and patients!

Before stepping into my management role at Phantastic Smiles, I spent over seven years working alongside Dr. Phan as a dental assistant. Now, having come full circle, I’m proud to continue serving our patients with the same compassion and dedication. With 22 years of experience in the dental field, I combine my clinical background with my administrative expertise to help create a smooth and comfortable experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
One of my proudest accomplishments has been helping veterans receive the dental care they deserve by introducing Dr. Phan to the process of becoming a credentialed VA provider. Supporting our patients—and our team—has always been at the heart of what I do.
Kathy Fogleman
Insurance Coordinator
Kathy has been working in the dental field for 25+ years. She helps our patients understand how to maximize their dental benefits and makes sure they are well cared for. Kathy is happily married with three children and two grandchildren to keep her busy. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and wine tasting with her husband.
Victoria Kiniry
Dental Hygienist RDH
Victoria loves the relationships she’s built with the patients over the last 28+ years she’s been at this practice. She was born and raised in Ft. Myers, has been married for 36+ years and have two children, Jordan and Gabriela.
Mara Nunes
Dental Assistant
Mara fell in love with Dentistry in 2004 when she became a Dental Assistant in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Originally from Brazil, Mara also speaks Portuguese and Spanish and has a multi-cultural background that she proudly carries when assisting her patients. After living 13 years in Miami, Mara calls Orlando home along with her young daughter and husband and takes great pleasure in being able to assist her patients to regain their confidence by having the Phantastic smile that they have always dreamed of.
Dana Meyer
Dental Assistant
With nearly 40 years in dentistry, Dana has devoted her career to helping patients feel confident and comfortable with their smiles. An Orlando resident since 1988, she has worked alongside Dr. Phan for more than 9 years and is known for her warm, compassionate care. Dana is a proud mom to a wonderful adult daughter who inspires her every day. Outside the office, she loves spending time on the water, dancing, and being with her chosen family.
Mercy Santamaria
Hygiene Assistant
Mercy joined our practice in 2023, she's a dentist from El Salvador and loves working with patients and seeing their beautiful smiles.
